How can I tell I have received a shared item in my ePortfolio?

You will receive a shared item in the Explore tab of your ePortfolio.

If the sender has sent an invite after sharing the item, the receiver will receive a mail in their HR mailbox. The ePortfolio tab will also display a notification about the newly received invite.

Above the minibar in Brightspace you will find the notifications icons. These icons are not used by the ePortfolio. If there are new ePortfolio items or invites, there will not appear a notification in these icons.
